You CANNOT be late to these sessions. If you are late you will forfeit the amount of time you are late from your session.
The session is for immediate family only.
There are no refunds. You cannot apply your retainer to another session. If you need to cancel your session you may move this retainer to a different session within 6 months. This will only apply If you cancel your session within 3 days notice. There are no reshoots or refunds.
